PERRY BOWER HOUSE

In December 2015, GRL acquired an office block in Upton Upon Severn for which planning was submitted for conversion from B1 to C3 (residential), to form 7 units, comprising 5x 2 bed apartments and 2x 1 bed apartments. Full Planning Approval was received in May 2016. Four properties were sold off plan in Summer 2016, and the remainder retained for rental.
